How Nawiri started
A founder who kept getting asked the same question.
Dennis Vincent spent years training managers and marketing teams across Nairobi before founding Nawiri Africa. The same request kept coming up: courses that actually change how someone works on Monday morning, not another slide deck to file away.
That's the whole model. Groups capped at six people so every question gets answered. A trainer in the room who does the job, not just teaches it. Three months of follow-up support after the course ends, because most learning fails in week two, not day one.
